A new definition of Purr-fect cookies

Cookie-making is so rewarding when you're driven by the passion to share good food. That's what inspired Anita Klasanova to open a cookie bakery in Sofia, a venture that turned into an international success with RooBar. Now, the RooBrands team returns to cookies by reinventing the old-fashioned oatmeal recipe into vegan awesomeness. Kookie cat was created at the end of 2015. Kookie Cat is an authentic, handcrafted, made with high quality ingredients and tons of love. A new take on the old-fashioned cookies reinvented in mouthwatering vegan, gluten-free desserts.

Anita is the co-founder and food technologist at Roo Brands (2012). She is the creative mind and recipe creator behind the lovely award-winning Kookie Cat cookies. Lead by the ambition to change her way of eating by creating simple desserts for her kids, Anita started “cooking” in her tiny organic store (2009). Today, Kookie Cat is market leader in the organic vegan cookies category.
